This baker’s beam balance scale is designed for professional use. The BBS16 is an ideal scale forbakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, candy shops and other food preparation applications. The optional heavy duty scoop is available for purchase separately. This
baker beam balance scale is simple to operate and designed with minimal moving parts to ensure years of maintenance free use. The slip proof rubber feet make the scale extremely stable on your countertop or other stable flat surface. The scale has a large 9” diameter brushed stainless steel platter and hard wearing baked enamel finish to insure easy cleaning. The baker’s scale comes with 16 lb weight capacity and 1/4 oz graduations.
